If a warranty repair is required, Suresult can provide backup device support during the repair period so your diagnostic workflow does not need to stop while your device is being serviced.

We can arrange a spare or loaner device when repair downtime may interrupt your daily workflow.

Repair completed within 30 days

Suresult commits to completing approved warranty repairs within 30 calendar days after service intake.

6 extra months if delayed

If the repair takes longer than 30 days, Suresult will extend your warranty by an additional 6 months.

Extended warranty shipping benefit: if you purchased a 2-year or 3-year extended warranty plan, Suresult covers the repair shipping cost for eligible warranty claims in supported pickup areas.

Service pre-check Complete all fields to check courier pickup availability. Most countries are supported; Russia, Ukraine, and Pakistan are currently outside the pickup network.

After claim approval, eligible service areas can normally receive courier pickup arrangement within 24 hours.

What is not covered

Limites

This warranty is designed to cover qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover:

Misuse or neglect
