The scanner creates its own Wi-Fi connection. No clinic router or external Internet signal is required during use.
Dedicated bladder-volume workflow
B4D is a focused wireless 4D bladder scanner for clinicians who need a repeatable volume result, not a general-purpose Doppler examination. It connects directly to Apple iOS through its own Wi-Fi network.
The electronic R20 array captures a 4D bladder dataset, calculates the volume in the connected iOS app, and keeps the case on the tablet for review or optional wireless printing.
The scanner creates its own Wi-Fi connection. No clinic router or external Internet signal is required during use.
Position the probe over the bladder and complete the scan. Published scan and processing time is less than two seconds.
Review the calculated bladder volume on the iOS device, store the case on the tablet, or use a compatible external wireless thermal printer.
Bladder-volume screening, post-void residual checks, catheter-management workflows, urology, nursing, critical care, emergency medicine, primary care, obstetrics and gynecology.
No Color Doppler, Pulsed Wave Doppler, DICOM export, puncture guidance, Android or Windows support is claimed for this model. Choose another Suresult scanner when those capabilities are required.

While our nurses are fantastic at IV sticks, some patients have more difficult to find or stick veins. This ultrasound tool is one that we hope will promote more comfort, ease, and enjoyment for our IV therapy!
We strive to stand out from the rest, and this tool is another reason we do!
@suresultmed Thank you for selling a product like this to help with our customers’ experience!
ecografía a pie de cama! @suresultmed
I use these kinds of pictures and videos for education. This is an interscalene block, with a follow-up scan 15 minutes after puncture.
Before making my purchase, I asked the supplier about the EU MDR documentation and Declaration of Conformity, and they responded very quickly. Shipping was also fast: the device arrived at my clinic within five days, and I did not need to handle customs clearance or import duties myself.
For this price point, the image quality is acceptable. I have attached several photos and videos for reference.
If you’re looking for a reliable ultrasound for superficial exams and interventions, this one fits the bill. It works wonders for thyroid, breast, and peripheral vascular imaging, and it’s incredibly precise for guiding procedures like nerve blocks or AV fistulas. The portability makes it a versatile option for any clinical setting, without compromising on performance.
1) The first video is from a dialysis patient that was incidentally found to have significant pericardial effusion
2) The second case involved a patient with end-stage kidney disease who presented with acute dyspnea, orthopnea, and hypoxemia. Acute pulmonary edema was suspected clinically and subsequently confirmed by the presence of diffuse B-lines across all lung zones . Urgent hemodialysis relieved the symptoms
Patient with right sided flank pain and CVA tenderness with hx of kidney stones. U/S was used in right flank showing moderate hydronephrosis allowing prompt referral to urology for definitive management of suspected obstructive kidney stone which was later confirmed. Very helpful to have the portable ultrasound to diagnose cause of pain, recognize hydro, and allow for prompt appropriate referral.
Dear Team,
We bought the Suresult D3 Ultra wireless ultrasound machine and another wireless ultrasound machine about 1 year ago. We have now had the opportunity to use them and both of them have been very good. I wanted to also say thank you for shipping the ultrasound machines quickly and safely to us in the UK. Our experience witb Amanfa and your team was also very good. If we need to order again, we will come back to you.
Thanks again and best wishes.

Buona soluzione portatile.
The L24Pro is easy to move between treatment rooms. The image appears quickly, and the metal case is useful because we carry it around the clinic during the day.
The L24Pro lives in its metal case when we are not using it. That sounds minor, but for a small clinic with shared rooms it keeps the probe protected and easy to find.
The L14 is not fancy, but it has become our everyday linear probe. We use it for quick superficial checks, basic aesthetic consultations, and follow-up notes. That is exactly what I needed.
The L14 is a practical clinic tool. It is not complicated, it cleans easily, and it is ready when I need a quick check. That matters more to me than extra features.
Good option for travel clinics and outreach work. It fits in a small case, starts quickly, and gives enough detail for point-of-care decisions.
The L14Pro fits into a normal appointment. I can check, save an image, and continue the consultation without moving the patient to another room. That is the main value for me.
Useful in emergency assessment. The switch between probes makes FAST, lung, and basic vascular checks more efficient. Image quality is better than I expected for the size.
The L24 is small enough to leave ready in a facial aesthetics room. I use it for quick review before injectables and for short follow-up visits. Delivery was smooth and the device arrived cleanly packed.
Doppler response has been steady in daily use. For vascular access and focused cardiac checks, it gives enough information quickly without slowing the exam.
The L20Pro is useful when I want to explain what I am checking before treatment. The image is clear enough on the tablet, and the wireless probe keeps the consultation moving.
The L20Pro gives our small clinic a more professional workflow without making the room crowded. I use it when I need a quick image during a consultation, then put it away.
Practical device for clinic rounds. The linear side helps with superficial structures, and the convex side is useful for abdominal views. I like not needing a cart system.
I keep the L20 in our aesthetic consult room. It gives me a quick second look before facial injectables without bringing in a cart system. The app opens quickly and staff learned the basics in one afternoon.
The L20 is quick enough to use between appointments. I like it for a brief pre-treatment look and for documenting follow-up when something needs to be compared later.
Set up was quick and the image was clear enough for routine bedside checks. The triple probe format is useful when moving between abdominal, cardiac, and vascular work.
The L24Pro fits our consult workflow. It is fast to pick up before facial injectables, then back in the drawer. The feedback from patients has been that it looks professional.
The handheld probe is practical for quick bedside checks. Image clarity is better than expected for the price, battery life is good, and I like that there is no subscription. The setup instructions could be clearer, but once the app is connected it is easy to use.
The L14Pro software is clean. I can change settings without looking through too many menus, which matters when a patient is already in the chair.
The L14Pro is useful for quick daily notes. I can capture an image during an aesthetic visit and keep the conversation moving. The controls are simple enough for routine use.
The L24 is a close-up probe for aesthetic work. It is not my choice when I need depth, but for short facial checks it is fast and easy to keep ready.
The first image looked average until I adjusted depth and gain. After that, the quality was solid. The learning curve is short if you already use ultrasound.
The L20Pro helps during patient conversations. I can show a quick image on the tablet, save it, and keep the visit focused. It feels more practical than sending every small question to another room.
The L20Pro is helpful before and after treatment. I use it as a visual reference, especially when a patient returns and wants to compare with the previous visit.
Easy to train staff on. The interface is not crowded, and the presets are straightforward. I would still like a more detailed quick-start card in the box.
The L24Pro suits our aesthetic work because it is quick to pick up and does not need much space. I mainly use it when I want a closer look before a facial procedure.
The L24Pro is best when I need a short facial check, not a long exam. It starts quickly, the image is clear for my use, and it does not interrupt the appointment.
I wanted one handheld probe for mixed applications. D3Ultra covers most of what I need in primary care and urgent visits. Battery life and portability are both acceptable.
The L14 is the one I would hand to a new staff member first. Pairing took only a short session, the controls are plain, and it is useful for routine aesthetic checks.
The L14 is simple, and the purchase was also simple. The all-inclusive delivery meant I did not have to deal with customs paperwork or extra taxes at the door.
For our mixed dermatology and aesthetic schedule, the L14Pro is a sensible middle ground. It is not a tiny specialty probe, but it covers routine superficial checks well and feels forgiving for newer users.
The L14Pro feels easier for my team than the very high-frequency probes. It gives a useful view for routine aesthetic visits and is a good fit when several people share one device.
Good value overall. I mainly use it for quick POCUS screening and vascular access. The software is simple, and the probe connects reliably after the first setup.
The L20Pro arrived in three days to my New York clinic. I did not need to clear customs or pay extra tax on delivery. The device worked after charging and pairing the app.
The L20Pro was well protected in the case and powered on without trouble. I like it for quick aesthetic checks because it feels ready to use instead of a big setup.
The device works well and the scan workflow is simple. Packaging was secure, but I expected clearer printed setup material. Online support helped, and after setup it was easy to use.
First connection took longer than I expected, so the printed guide could be better. Once the app was running, the L20 became easy to use for consults and short follow-up checks.
The L20 was the easiest model for training my assistants. We use it for basic scans and saving reference images. The workflow is simple enough that people actually use it.
I bought the L14 and the price changed a few days later. That was annoying and I could not get the difference back. The probe itself is useful and simple for routine checks.
The manual is brief, but the L14 itself is easy to operate. We use it for basic checks in the aesthetic room. Once staff knew the buttons, it became part of the routine.
The L20 works, but the manual is lighter than I expected. After one training call and some practice, the software made sense. I would still like a better quick-start sheet.
The L20 probe is good, but the instructions need work. The first setup took some guessing. After that, daily use was fine and the image was good enough for my aesthetic workflow.
I bought it and saw the price change three days later. They could not refund the difference, which was disappointing. The device itself works well, but the timing was frustrating.
Post-void residual on the ward round
For nursing teams and clinics that check PVR many times a day, B4D turns each check into a two-second, catheter-free number on the iPad.
Catheter decisions in urology and continence care
Scan before you catheterise: B4D gives retention and continence workflows an objective volume instead of a guess.
Kidneys, ureters or anything Doppler
B4D computes one number well; it is not a general imaging probe, and buyers who need to see anatomy should look elsewhere in the Suresult range.
Every other way medicine looks inside the body needs a room — a tube, a gantry, a superconducting magnet. Ultrasound needs a probe and a screen. For twenty years, ultrasound has been how spaceflight looks inside the human body — and as humanity returns to the Moon, the instrument light enough to go is a handheld probe.
Suresult handheld probes have been selected by NASA and are undergoing testing in preparation for the Artemis lunar program. Documentation available for review on request.

The Suresult Pro series — light enough to go
These are the Suresult scanners a buyer weighs when the question involves the bladder — one dedicated volume instrument and the convex and micro-convex imaging probes that show the same anatomy. Type, frequency and depth below are each model's own published attributes; the differences that actually decide the purchase sit in the last column.
| Probe | Type | Frequency | Depth | Price | Choose it for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4D electronic array bladder scanner (R20 electronic convex array) | 4D electronic array scan, 15 fps | 50–2,000 ml measurement range | $2,600 | The right buy when the only question is bladder volume and post-void residual: one hold, a number in under two seconds, stated inaccuracy under 5% — it does not produce a general diagnostic image | |
| Convex | Convex 3.2/5.0MHz | Convex: 90/160/220/305mm | $1,700 | The least expensive way to actually look at the bladder, kidneys and abdomen; it is black-and-white only with 80 elements, so the money saved costs image detail and any Doppler work | |
| Convex | Convex 3.2/5.0MHz | Convex: 90-300mm | $2,300 | The general abdominal choice for clinics that need to see hydronephrosis, kidneys and pelvis with Color Doppler rather than compute one volume figure | |
| Convex | Convex 3.2/5.0MHz | Convex: 90-300mm | $4,500 | Same convex format and depth range as the C5SH, with 256 elements instead of 192 — the step up buys line density on deep abdominal and renal work, and nothing else changes | |
| Micro-Convex | Micro-convex 8/11MHz | Micro-convex: 30-80mm | $1,900 | The small-footprint option for paediatric and between-the-ribs access where an adult convex head will not sit; its shallow depth ceiling rules out large-body abdominal scanning | |
| Convex/Linear/Phased | Convex 3.2/5.0MHz/Linear 7.5/10MHz/Phased 3.2/5.0MHz | Convex: 90/160/220/305mm/Linear: 20/40/60/80mm/Phased: 90/160/220/305mm | $2,900 | The buy for a team that wants one probe covering abdominal, superficial and cardiac views; it images the bladder but does not automate the volume calculation the way B4D does |
B4D pairs with Suresult’s free app on an iPhone or iPad — Apple iOS only — and the software is lifetime free with no subscription. Scanning, the automatic volume result, case storage and printing all run from the tablet.
The scanner has built-in Wi-Fi and needs no external Wi-Fi signal: the iPad connects to it directly, so it works the same on a ward, in a nursing home or on a home visit with no network at all.
A live aiming view at 15 fps positions the probe over the bladder; one hold captures the 4D dataset and the app returns bladder volume and post-void residual in under two seconds, measuring from 50 ml to 2,000 ml.
Every measurement is stored as a case on the connected iPad for review and follow-up — and an external wireless thermal printer is supported for a bedside slip for the chart.
USB charging with more than 200 patient scans per charge (manufacturer specification) covers full rounds without hunting for a socket mid-list.
The 30-day decision
B4D dispatches within 24 hours and arrives with customs and duties already covered. The 30-day worry-free trial starts when it does, so the only question that matters — whether a catheter-free volume in front of every catheterisation decision changes your round — gets answered on your own patients. Two years of warranty are included and can be extended to 3 years for $195 or 5 years for $597. It pairs with an iPhone or iPad only, and the iOS software is lifetime free with no subscription. Ask before ordering rather than after.
