Quick start
Start scanning in 3 steps
To use a Suresult handheld ultrasound, install the free Suresult app, turn the probe on, then join the probe's own Wi‑Fi network using the serial number (SN) printed on the probe, typed in lowercase, as the password. No router, cable or internet connection is needed.
- Install the appSearch “Suresult” on the App Store or Google Play, or download the Windows software below.
- Power on the probePress the power button once. Press and hold it to turn the probe off.
- Join the probe's Wi‑FiSelect the probe's network in your Wi‑Fi settings and enter its SN in lowercase, e.g.
wxpcfbr064.
Step 1
Install the Suresult app
The Suresult app runs on iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, and Windows PCs. Install it on the device you will scan with before you turn on the probe.
iPhone, iPad and Android
Tap the App Store or Google Play button at the top of this page, or search for “Suresult” in the App Store (iPhone and iPad) or Google Play (Android phones and tablets), then download and install the app.
Compatibility
iPad users need an iPad Air 2 or later to avoid performance issues or unexpected crashes. A few less common or newly released Android devices may not be fully compatible.
Windows PC
The Windows software requires Windows 7, 10 or 11 Professional or Enterprise. Images and videos can only be saved when you are logged in as the Administrator.
- Download and unzip the installerDownload the Suresult Windows software (TodoPocus installer, .zip) and unzip it.
- Enable the Administrator account
- Press Windows + R, type
compmgmt.mscand press Enter. - Go to System Tools › Local Users and Groups › Users.
- Double‑click Administrator, tick Password never expires, untick Account is disabled, then click Apply and OK.
- Switch to the Administrator account from the Start menu.
- Press Windows + R, type
- Install the softwareRun the TodoPocus installer from the unzipped folder and follow the prompts.
- Connect to the probeTurn the probe on, then join the probe's Wi‑Fi network from your PC using the SN printed on the probe, in lowercase, as the password (see Wi‑Fi connection).
- Save and open your dataClick Save Patient Data in the software to store images and videos. See where files are saved.
Step 2
Probe buttons and indicator lights
Every Suresult probe has a power/freeze button and a battery indicator. The numbers in the photo match the table below; buttons 4–6 are only found on models with side keys.

Step 3
Connect the probe over Wi‑Fi
The probe creates its own Wi‑Fi network. Your phone, tablet or PC joins that network directly, so you do not need a router or an internet connection. You only enter the password the first time.
- Turn on Wi‑FiOpen Wi‑Fi settings on your phone, tablet or PC and turn Wi‑Fi on.
- Find the SN on the back of the probeIt is printed on the label, for example

App interface: what every button does
The Suresult app shows the live image in the center, imaging controls on the left, capture tools along the bottom and connection details at the top. Each number below matches the screenshot.

Imaging modes
Color, PDI and PW Doppler
On probes with Doppler, tap the mode button (B) to switch to Color, PDI (power Doppler) or PW (pulsed wave). Extra controls appear in the toolbar for each mode.
Color Doppler and PDI mode

Pulsed Wave (PW) Doppler

Measurements and the needle guide
Taking measurements
- Select a pointTap a measuring point. It turns green, which means it can be moved.
- Move itDrag it on the screen, or use the arrow keys in the lower right corner to fine‑tune its position.
- ConfirmPress the middle square button to lock the position.
- DeletePress Clear to delete all measurements, or tap the “X” next to one result to delete only that one.
Puncture (needle guide) function

Settings
Preset settings and cine loop length
Tap Preset (the gear icon) to open the settings panel:
- Wireless Channel Setting — in a crowded Wi‑Fi environment, pick a different channel, wait 2 seconds, restart the probe and reconnect your device.
- Cine Loop — sets how long saved videos are (table below).
- Show information — shows or hides patient information, time, depth, denoise and gain (GN) in the upper left corner.
- Left/Right flip (R→Я) — flips the image horizontally.
- Measure Magnify — turns measurement magnification on or off.
- Help — opens a short built‑in manual and the app version history.
- DICOM Settings — configures DICOM functions.

Your data
Where saved images and videos are stored
Images and videos are saved on your own phone, tablet or PC. They are not uploaded to a cloud.
Android
Open File Manager › Internal storage, then open the Suresult app folder.
iPhone / iPad
Saved images and videos go straight to the Photos app, where you can view, share or back them up like any other photo.
Windows
Files are saved in the software's installation folder under Local Disk (C:) › Program Files. Save them with Save Patient Data while logged in as the Administrator.
DICOM
To send studies in DICOM format, set up the connection in Preset › DICOM Settings.
Step 5
Charging, cleaning and storage
Charging the probe
- Open the charging portRemove the rubber plug at the end of the probe and connect a USB charger with a USB cable.
- Watch the lightsWhile charging, the battery lights flash and show the charge level. When all four lights stay on without flashing, the probe is fully charged.
- Close the portUnplug the cable and put the rubber plug back to protect the probe from liquids.
- Or charge wirelesslyPlace the probe on a wireless charging pad, aligning the charging mark (wave symbol) on the probe with the mark on the pad.
Stop charging once the probe is full to preserve battery life.
Cleaning after each use
Before you clean
Turn the probe off. Never immerse it in conductive liquids, which can corrode the probe and its shell. When wiping with water, do not go past the immersion line, and check the shell for cracks so liquid cannot reach the electronics.
- WipeUse a soft cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol (or a suitable hospital cleaning agent).
- DisconnectDisconnect the probe from your phone, tablet or PC.
- Clean for 1 minuteWipe the probe for 1 minute or until it is visibly clean, changing wipes as needed.
- InspectCheck all surfaces in good light. If any area is not clean, repeat.
Disinfection
Important
Use liquid chemical disinfectants that comply with local regulations. Never heat‑disinfect the probe: temperatures above 66 °C (150 °F) will damage it. Do not let disinfectant go past the probe's connection line, and never use plasma sterilization.
- RemoveAfter the recommended contact time, remove the probe from the disinfectant.
- Rinse and dryRinse under running water, then wipe dry with a soft, lint‑free cloth.
- InspectCheck the probe for damage or wear.

Water protection and storage
- Outdoors or in harsh environments, protect both the probe and your phone or tablet from water.
- When not in use, keep the probe in a protective case to avoid impact damage.
- Keep it away from high temperatures. Recommended storage temperature: 0 °C to 40 °C (32 °F to 104 °F).
- The probe can get warm during long scans or at higher frequencies. This is normal.

Set the length in Preset › Cine Loop. A value of 100 saves 10 seconds, 200 saves 20 seconds, 500 saves 50 seconds and 1000 saves 100 seconds.
Where are my saved images and videos?
They are stored on your own device. On Android, look in File Manager › Internal storage › Suresult app folder. On iPhone or iPad, they are saved directly to the Photos app. On Windows, look in the software's folder under Local Disk (C:) › Program Files.
How do I clean and disinfect the probe?
Turn the probe off and wipe it for 1 minute with a soft cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol. To disinfect, use an approved liquid disinfectant such as Cidex (2.4% glutaraldehyde), then rinse and dry. Never heat it above 66 °C (150 °F) or use plasma sterilization.
