Before making my purchase, I asked the supplier about the EU MDR documentation and Declaration of Conformity, and they responded very quickly. Shipping was also fast: the device arrived at my clinic within five days, and I did not need to handle customs clearance or import duties myself.

2) The second case involved a patient with end-stage kidney disease who presented with acute dyspnea, orthopnea, and hypoxemia. Acute pulmonary edema was suspected clinically and subsequently confirmed by the presence of diffuse B-lines across all lung zones . Urgent hemodialysis relieved the symptoms
Patient with right sided flank pain and CVA tenderness with hx of kidney stones. U/S was used in right flank showing moderate hydronephrosis allowing prompt referral to urology for definitive management of suspected obstructive kidney stone which was later confirmed. Very helpful to have the portable ultrasound to diagnose cause of pain, recognize hydro, and allow for prompt appropriate referral.

Where this scanner is the wrong tool. The D3Pro's linear format runs 7.5/10 MHz over a 40 mm footprint, so it is not the probe for fine superficial detail — if your day is tendon, nerve and small-parts work, take the L20 instead (16/20 MHz, 10/20/30/40 mm) or the L24 (18/24 MHz, 10/15/20/25 mm). It also has no endocavity head, so transvaginal and trans-rectal exams are outside its scope.
