D2LR key facts
The D2LR pairs a 7.5/10 MHz linear face with a 90° R13 trans-rectal head, so urology clinicians carry the scrotal and small-parts exam and the prostate exam on one wireless probe, with the rectal wall and perianal tissue read on the same endocavity face.
Dual head: linear 7.5/10 MHz (20/30/40/55 mm, L40) + trans-rectal 6/8 MHz (30/60/90/120 mm, R13 90°) · B, B/M, Color, PW, PDI, Power Doppler · 2800 mAh ≥3 h · 347×85×30 mm, 304 g · Full technical specification ↓

★★★★★Ultrasound for IV Placement
Verified ClinicianModel: L20Featured Review
While our nurses are fantastic at IV sticks, some patients have more difficult to find or stick veins. This ultrasound tool is one that we hope will promote more comfort, ease, and enjoyment for our IV therapy!
We strive to stand out from the rest, and this tool is another reason we do!
@suresultmed Thank you for selling a product like this to help with our customers’ experience!
I use these kinds of pictures and videos for education. This is an interscalene block, with a follow-up scan 15 minutes after puncture.

Verified ClinicianModel: D3UltraFeatured Review
Before making my purchase, I asked the supplier about the EU MDR documentation and Declaration of Conformity, and they responded very quickly. Shipping was also fast: the device arrived at my clinic within five days, and I did not need to handle customs clearance or import duties myself.
For this price point, the image quality is acceptable. I have attached several photos and videos for reference.

1) The first video is from a dialysis patient that was incidentally found to have significant pericardial effusion
2) The second case involved a patient with end-stage kidney disease who presented with acute dyspnea, orthopnea, and hypoxemia. Acute pulmonary edema was suspected clinically and subsequently confirmed by the presence of diffuse B-lines across all lung zones . Urgent hemodialysis relieved the symptoms

Model: D3Ultra
Patient with right sided flank pain and CVA tenderness with hx of kidney stones. U/S was used in right flank showing moderate hydronephrosis allowing prompt referral to urology for definitive management of suspected obstructive kidney stone which was later confirmed. Very helpful to have the portable ultrasound to diagnose cause of pain, recognize hydro, and allow for prompt appropriate referral.

Dear Team,
We bought the Suresult D3 Ultra wireless ultrasound machine and another wireless ultrasound machine about 1 year ago. We have now had the opportunity to use them and both of them have been very good. I wanted to also say thank you for shipping the ultrasound machines quickly and safely to us in the UK. Our experience witb Amanfa and your team was also very good. If we need to order again, we will come back to you.
The L24Pro is easy to move between treatment rooms. The image appears quickly, and the metal case is useful because we carry it around the clinic during the day.

The L24Pro lives in its metal case when we are not using it. That sounds minor, but for a small clinic with shared rooms it keeps the probe protected and easy to find.
Die Bildqualität ist besser als bei meinem GE Vscan. Die Software wird regelmäßig aktualisiert und ist kostenlos. Bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden.

The trans-rectal head is the reason this probe exists: 6/8 MHz through a 90° R13 face, with depth settings from 30 to 120 mm for prostate and rectal-wall work.
Prostate imagingThe 90° R13 face reads the gland at 6/8 MHz, with depth settings out to 120 mm — diagnostic imaging only: no biopsy-guide software and no needle-guide attachment, so TRUS-guided biopsy still needs a cart system with a stepper and guide
Surface follow-upThe same handle flips to the 7.5/10 MHz linear for scrotal, inguinal and soft-tissue checks

Abdominal, OB and cardiac imaging
Neither face of the D2LR produces a transabdominal fan, so deep organ work belongs on a convex or phased probe instead.
Abdomen and OBA convex head with real depth — the D3Pro convex + linear dual-head reaches 305 mm — is the right instrument
心臓Four-chamber views need a phased array working between the ribs, a window the D2LR does not offer
Suprapubic bladderTransabdominal volume checks read best on a convex face; the D2LR's linear stops at 55 mm

Every other way medicine looks inside the body needs a room — a tube, a gantry, a superconducting magnet. Ultrasound needs a probe and a screen. For twenty years, ultrasound has been how spaceflight looks inside the human body — and as humanity returns to the Moon, the instrument light enough to go is a handheld probe.
Suresult handheld probes have been selected by NASA and are undergoing testing in preparation for the Artemis lunar program. Documentation available for review on request.
From tendon and soft-tissue work in small and exotic species to bovine and equine repro in the crush: a linear face and a 120 mm trans-rectal head cover small-animal, exotic and repro work — large-animal abdominal scanning still needs a convex probe.
Which Suresult dual-head or endocavity probe do you need?
These are the Suresult wireless probes a buyer looks at when the exam list mixes internal work with surface scanning, and the type, frequency and depth in each row are that model's own published attributes. The differences that actually decide the purchase sit in the last column.

One handle that reads prostate and rectal wall at 6/8 MHz and flips to a 7.5/10 MHz linear face for scrotal, inguinal and soft-tissue follow-up
The buy when both planes must be rectal - transverse and sagittal from one T-shaped tip for guidance work - rather than one internal face plus one external face
Pairs the same endocavity face with a convex head instead of a linear one, so it reaches transabdominal depth for pelvic and OB views but gives up high-frequency superficial detail
The saving if the rectal face would never be used - the same linear frequency band and depth range in a single-head probe
D2LR questions, answered
How deep does the D2LR scan, and at what frequency?
The linear face runs at 7.5/10 MHz with depth settings of 20, 30, 40 and 55 mm on an L40 footprint. The trans-rectal face runs at 6/8 MHz across a 90 degree R13 window with settings of 30, 60, 90 and 120 mm. Both are selected in software on the host device, so either face is available in the same exam without changing hardware.
What can the D2LR not do?
Neither face produces a transabdominal fan, so the probe is not suited to general abdominal, obstetric or cardiac scanning. The linear face stops at 55 mm, which rules out suprapubic bladder volume and deep organ views; those exams need a convex face such as the C5SH, or a dual head like the D3Pro. Four-chamber cardiac views need a phased array working between the ribs, which the D2LR does not have.
Which imaging modes and measurements are included?
Display modes are B, B/M, Color Doppler, PW, PDI and Power Doppler. In B mode the software measures length, area and circumference, angle, trace and distance, plus GA (CRL, BPD, GS, FL, HC, AC) and EFW (BPD, FL); B+M gives heart rate, time and distance, and B+PW gives velocity, heart rate, S/D and depth. Software controls cover gain, depth, enhancement, dynamic range, frequency, pulse repetition frequency, waveform, focus and the Doppler modes.
What hosts does it work with, and how do images come off it?
The probe connects over its own 2.4G/5G Wi-Fi to an iOS iPad or iPhone, an Android device or a Windows machine, and USB connection is also available. Images and clips export as JPG, AVI, MP4 or DICOM, and the app supports multiple languages. There is no cart and no mains connection during scanning.
How long does a charge last, and what arrives in the box?
The 2800 mAh lithium battery gives a working time of at least 3 hours and standby of at least 5 hours, drawing 4 W while the probe is running and 1.5 W when stopped. The probe body measures 347 x 85 x 30 mm and weighs 304 g, and it ships in an aluminium box with a locking mechanism for transport. The scanning app is downloaded to the buyer's own iOS, Android or Windows device rather than supplied as a separate tablet.
Why choose a dual-head probe instead of two separate probes?
The trans-rectal and linear faces share one handle, one battery and one Wi-Fi session, so a urology or proctology list that mixes prostate work with scrotal, inguinal and soft-tissue checks runs without swapping devices or re-pairing. The trade-off is that both faces sit behind one 192-element sensor and one purchase. A clinician who only scans internally pays less for the endocavity-only T8, and one who never scans internally pays less for a single-head linear such as the L10.
What warranty and documentation come with it?
Suresult supplies a 2-year standard warranty on the scanner, the same term across the range. FDA, ISO, MDR/CE, TGA and ANVISA records are available for review on request. The probe ships in its locking aluminium case; delivery timing and duties depend on the destination and are confirmed at checkout.
