返品・交換について
Suresult provides a clear 30-day return option so buyers can request review, receive return authorization, and submit product condition evidence before sending a device back.
30-Day Request Window
Return requests can be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.
Authorization First
Our team reviews your request and provides the designated return address and instructions.
Condition Photo Required
A clear current product image helps confirm that the probe is clean, complete, and in good condition.
Inspection Before Refund
Refund approval is confirmed after the returned product is received and inspected.
How the Return Process Works
Please submit the request before shipping anything back. This prevents delays and ensures the return is routed to the correct designated location.

Submit Your Request
Provide your order number, purchase date, name, return address, and a current product photo.

Receive Authorization
After review, Suresult will issue return authorization and send the designated return address with shipping instructions.

Inspection & Refund Review
Once received, the returned device is inspected before refund or exchange approval is confirmed by email.
Request a Return or Exchange
Use this form to start the return review. The uploaded image should clearly show that the probe and visible accessories are in good condition.
- Order number and purchase date are required.
- Use the same name and email connected to the order when possible.
- Upload a clear product photo before submitting.
- Do not ship the product before return authorization is issued.

返品資格と手続き
商品到着後30日以内であれば返品を承ります。
To begin, submit the return request form on this page or contact our customer team at info@suresultmed.com までご連絡ください。
承認後、返品承認書を発行し、指定の返品先住所と発送方法をお知らせします。
Product Condition Requirements
Products must be returned in clean, complete, and functional condition, with original packaging and included accessories when applicable.
Reasonable setup or evaluation during the 30-day period is accepted, provided the device is returned without damage, missing parts, or signs of improper handling.

Return Shipping
Returns must be shipped within 3 days of receiving return authorization from our customer team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise confirmed by Suresult in writing.
Suresult is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and protective packaging.
返金プロセス
Once your return is received and inspected at our designated location, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of the return.
返金が承認された場合、銀行または支払いプロバイダーによって異なりますが、1～3営業日以内に元の支払い方法への返金が処理されます。
Any customs duties, taxes, clearance charges, and transaction or processing fees arising from the return or refund process are the responsibility of the customer.
30日以内の返品
Requests to return or exchange a product after the 30-day period will be evaluated at the discretion of Suresult Support.

その他の責務
Suresult is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery failures resulting from customer modifications to the shipping address, delivery method, or carrier handling instructions.
Any return shipment that includes damaged items or missing parts due to customer handling may be rejected and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
Final Policy Note: All interpretations and final decisions regarding this Return & Exchange Policy are at the sole discretion of Suresult.
