10/14 mHz linear probe is great. High resolution for small vessels in pediatrics. View within a depth of less than 1cm is still very clear. Easier now to access veins or arteries in very small infants. So used it today on a 2.8kg new born and the resolution was great.

First month. A problem in the first month is answered with a replacement device, not a repair queue.
Two years. Parts and repair are covered under warranty, with pickup service. If an approved repair runs past 30 days, six months are added to the warranty.
After that. Labour on repairs stays free; you pay for parts and return shipping.
Thirty days. A return can be requested within 30 days of delivery; Suresult authorises the return and gives the return address before anything ships back.
