★★★★★Ultrasound for IV Placement
Verified ClinicianModel: L20Featured Review
While our nurses are fantastic at IV sticks, some patients have more difficult to find or stick veins. This ultrasound tool is one that we hope will promote more comfort, ease, and enjoyment for our IV therapy!
We strive to stand out from the rest, and this tool is another reason we do!
@suresultmed Thank you for selling a product like this to help with our customers’ experience!
I use these kinds of pictures and videos for education. This is an interscalene block, with a follow-up scan 15 minutes after puncture.

Before making my purchase, I asked the supplier about the EU MDR documentation and Declaration of Conformity, and they responded very quickly. Shipping was also fast: the device arrived at my clinic within five days, and I did not need to handle customs clearance or import duties myself.
For this price point, the image quality is acceptable. I have attached several photos and videos for reference.

1) The first video is from a dialysis patient that was incidentally found to have significant pericardial effusion 2) The second case involved a patient with end-stage kidney disease who presented with acute dyspnea, orthopnea, and hypoxemia. Acute pulmonary edema was suspected clinically and subsequently confirmed by the presence of diffuse B-lines across all lung zones . Urgent hemodialysis relieved the symptoms

Model: D3Ultra
Patient with right sided flank pain and CVA tenderness with hx of kidney stones. U/S was used in right flank showing moderate hydronephrosis allowing prompt referral to urology for definitive management of suspected obstructive kidney stone which was later confirmed. Very helpful to have the portable ultrasound to diagnose cause of pain, recognize hydro, and allow for prompt appropriate referral.

Dear Team,
We bought the Suresult D3 Ultra wireless ultrasound machine and another wireless ultrasound machine about 1 year ago. We have now had the opportunity to use them and both of them have been very good. I wanted to also say thank you for shipping the ultrasound machines quickly and safely to us in the UK. Our experience witb Amanfa and your team was also very good. If we need to order again, we will come back to you.
The L24Pro is easy to move between treatment rooms. The image appears quickly, and the metal case is useful because we carry it around the clinic during the day.

The L24Pro lives in its metal case when we are not using it. That sounds minor, but for a small clinic with shared rooms it keeps the probe protected and easy to find.
Die Bildqualität ist besser als bei meinem GE Vscan. Die Software wird regelmäßig aktualisiert und ist kostenlos. Bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden.

The L24Pro fits our consult workflow. It is fast to pick up before facial injectables, then back in the drawer. The feedback from patients has been that it looks professional.
The L24Pro suits our aesthetic work because it is quick to pick up and does not need much space. I mainly use it when I want a closer look before a facial procedure.

The L24Pro is best when I need a short facial check, not a long exam. It starts quickly, the image is clear for my use, and it does not interrupt the appointment.
Trusted by NASA.Selected for testing in preparation for the Artemis lunar program.
Every other way medicine looks inside the body needs a room — a tube, a gantry, a superconducting magnet. Ultrasound needs a probe and a screen. For twenty years, ultrasound has been how spaceflight looks inside the human body — and as humanity returns to the Moon, the instrument light enough to go is a handheld probe.
Suresult handheld probes have been selected by NASA and are undergoing testing in preparation for the Artemis lunar program. Documentation available for review on request.
From a heartbeat inside an incubating egg to a rescued seal on the dock: a 10 MHz linear window covers avian embryos, exotics, wildlife rescue and equine tendon work alike.
Tendons, joints, effusions and the injection that follows — the L10 puts a 40 mm linear window at 7.5/10 MHz in the coat pocket of a clinician who scans between consultations.
SeesAchilles, patellar and rotator-cuff tendons, small joints and superficial effusions inside 20–55 mm.
GuidesFlip, grid, in-plane and out-of-plane guides keep the needle path on screen for joint and tendon-sheath injections.
FlowColor and Power Doppler show synovial hyperaemia; Pulsed-Wave confirms a vessel before the needle goes in.
Clinic day250 g in the hand and 3 hours of continuous scanning per charge, USB or wireless top-up.
Strong fit
Vascular access and nerve blocks
For lines, cannulas and superficial blocks, a 192-element image at 10 MHz with real-time guide overlays on a probe that hosts its own Wi-Fi.
Vessels7.5/10 MHz resolves wall, lumen and the nerves beside them; Pulsed-Wave Doppler confirms flow before puncture.
GuidanceIn-plane and out-of-plane guides with flip and grid options support both approaches.
No infrastructureThe probe broadcasts its own dual-band Wi-Fi — it behaves the same in the OR, on the ward and on a home visit.
Good fit
Thyroid, breast and small parts
A first look at palpable lumps and the neck: 192 elements at 10 MHz separate cystic from solid and put a size on it, within a 55 mm reach.
SeesThyroid nodules, lymph nodes, breast lumps and testicular or scrotal findings inside the superficial band.
DocumentsFreeze, caliper and export to JPEG, PNG, MP4 or DICOM from the free app.
LimitsIt stops at 55 mm and images through a 40 mm window — deep abdomen, obstetrics and cardiac work need a convex or phased probe.
Which Suresult linear probe do you need?
These are the wireless linear probes a buyer cross-shopping the L10 would look at, from the black-and-white entry unit up to the 64-channel and high-frequency models; the type, frequency and depth in each row are that model's own published attributes. The differences that decide the purchase — element count, channel count and what the band is built to see — are in the last column.
The cheapest way into a linear image, but 80 elements, 16 channels and no Doppler — saving money here loses color flow, Pulsed-Wave and the puncture guides.

L10 questions, answered
How deep does the L10 scan, and at what frequency?
It is a linear probe running at 7.5/10 MHz with an adjustable depth of 20 to 55 mm through a straight 40 mm window, so the image is a rectangle rather than a fan. That span covers tendons, superficial joints, thyroid, breast and the vessels of the arm and neck.
What can the L10 not do?
It stops at 55 mm and images through a 40 mm linear window, so cardiac, abdominal, obstetric and deep-hip exams are out of reach — those need lower frequencies and a fan-shaped field, and no setting on a linear array changes that. Suresult's convex probes cover abdominal and obstetric depth, and the tri-head D3 and D3Pro add phased cardiac views on one handle.
How is the L10 different from the L10H and L10SH?
All three share the 7.5/10 MHz band. The L10 runs 192 elements on 32 channels to 55 mm with in-plane and out-of-plane guides; the L10H keeps 192 elements but moves to 64 channels, reaches 100 mm and adds Needle Enhance and Visualized Needle Guidance; the L10SH adds a 256-element array on the same 64-channel engine. The extra money buys channel count, reach and guidance features — not a different band.
Which devices and apps does it work with?
It broadcasts its own dual-band Wi-Fi and connects to the free Suresult app on iOS, Android and Windows — no clinic network and no subscription. Images and cines export as JPEG, PNG, MP4 and DICOM.
How long does a charge last, and how heavy is it?
The 4200 mAh battery is rated for 3 hours of continuous scanning, recharged over USB or on the wireless pad; the probe weighs 250 g at 125 × 60 × 20 mm.
What is included and what is covered?
The probe, wireless charging pad, USB cable, gel and the aluminium carry case, with a 2-year warranty included and optional extensions to 3 years ($195) or 5 years ($597). It ships worldwide within 24 hours with tax and duties paid, and the 30-day worry-free trial begins on delivery.
The 30-day decision
Put the L10 on your injection list for 30 days
The L10 dispatches within 24 hours and arrives with customs and duties already covered. The 30-day worry-free trial starts when it does, so the question that matters — whether a 192-element 7.5/10 MHz linear with guides covers your tendon, joint and vascular work — gets answered on your own patients rather than from a spec sheet. Two years of warranty are included and can be extended to 3 years for $195 or 5 years for $597. If you are still weighing it against the L10H or L10SH, the table above is the honest version of that comparison. Ask before ordering rather than after.
