★★★★★Ultrasound for IV Placement
Verified ClinicianModel: L20Featured Review
While our nurses are fantastic at IV sticks, some patients have more difficult to find or stick veins. This ultrasound tool is one that we hope will promote more comfort, ease, and enjoyment for our IV therapy!
We strive to stand out from the rest, and this tool is another reason we do!
@suresultmed Thank you for selling a product like this to help with our customers’ experience!
I use these kinds of pictures and videos for education. This is an interscalene block, with a follow-up scan 15 minutes after puncture.

Before making my purchase, I asked the supplier about the EU MDR documentation and Declaration of Conformity, and they responded very quickly. Shipping was also fast: the device arrived at my clinic within five days, and I did not need to handle customs clearance or import duties myself.
For this price point, the image quality is acceptable. I have attached several photos and videos for reference.

1) The first video is from a dialysis patient that was incidentally found to have significant pericardial effusion 2) The second case involved a patient with end-stage kidney disease who presented with acute dyspnea, orthopnea, and hypoxemia. Acute pulmonary edema was suspected clinically and subsequently confirmed by the presence of diffuse B-lines across all lung zones . Urgent hemodialysis relieved the symptoms

Model: D3Ultra
Patient with right sided flank pain and CVA tenderness with hx of kidney stones. U/S was used in right flank showing moderate hydronephrosis allowing prompt referral to urology for definitive management of suspected obstructive kidney stone which was later confirmed. Very helpful to have the portable ultrasound to diagnose cause of pain, recognize hydro, and allow for prompt appropriate referral.

Dear Team,
We bought the Suresult D3 Ultra wireless ultrasound machine and another wireless ultrasound machine about 1 year ago. We have now had the opportunity to use them and both of them have been very good. I wanted to also say thank you for shipping the ultrasound machines quickly and safely to us in the UK. Our experience witb Amanfa and your team was also very good. If we need to order again, we will come back to you.
The L24Pro is easy to move between treatment rooms. The image appears quickly, and the metal case is useful because we carry it around the clinic during the day.

The L24Pro lives in its metal case when we are not using it. That sounds minor, but for a small clinic with shared rooms it keeps the probe protected and easy to find.
Die Bildqualität ist besser als bei meinem GE Vscan. Die Software wird regelmäßig aktualisiert und ist kostenlos. Bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden.

The L24Pro fits our consult workflow. It is fast to pick up before facial injectables, then back in the drawer. The feedback from patients has been that it looks professional.
The L24Pro suits our aesthetic work because it is quick to pick up and does not need much space. I mainly use it when I want a closer look before a facial procedure.

Tendons, joints and muscle tears live at exactly the depths this linear is tuned for.
Depth matchAchilles, rotator cuff and pulley lesions sit well inside the 100 mm ceiling — most of them in the first 40.
Doppler that mattersPower Doppler grades synovitis and Color maps hyperemia around an insertion, both included.
Carry weight150 g with its own Wi-Fi moves from clinic room to pitch side without a cart or mains power.
Freeze and fileCine, calipers and annotations save out as DICOM, JPEG, PNG or MP4 for the record.

Lines, blocks and guided needles
The puncture suite is the argument here — guides, needle enhancement and a rectangular field built for the approach.
Guides on screenIn-plane and out-of-plane overlays with needle enhance keep the tip visible on the way in.
Vessel checksColor and Pulsed-Wave Doppler confirm vein from artery before the tourniquet goes on.
Depth stepsThe 20, 40 and 60 mm steps cover superficial hand veins through brachial and femoral targets — the window this frequency images best, with a 100 mm setting on hand beyond it.
Sterile fieldA fully wireless body means no cable crossing the drape, and a probe cover keeps the field clean while the scan is running.
Not the tool
Buying for the abdomen or the heart
A rectangular linear field that stops at 100 mm cannot cover a gallbladder, a heart or a second-trimester uterus.
Where it stopsRight-upper-quadrant, cardiac and obstetric views routinely extend well past 100 mm and need the wider, lower-frequency field of a convex or phased face.
Where to goThe D3Pro triple-head puts convex, phased and linear faces on one handle for whole-body rounds.
Mixed daysIf most work is superficial with occasional deep looks, pairing this linear with a dedicated convex beats forcing one probe to do both.

Every other way medicine looks inside the body needs a room — a tube, a gantry, a superconducting magnet. Ultrasound needs a probe and a screen. For twenty years, ultrasound has been how spaceflight looks inside the human body — and as humanity returns to the Moon, the instrument light enough to go is a handheld probe.
Suresult handheld probes have been selected by NASA and are undergoing testing in preparation for the Artemis lunar program. Documentation available for review on request.
150 g in the jump bag, 90 minutes of continuous scanning, no signal needed — lung sliding, soft-tissue and fracture looks and field vascular access at the roadside, on its own Wi-Fi.
In-plane needle tracking at 7.5/10 MHz turns landmark injections into guided ones — shoulder, elbow, knee and small-joint work, plus peripheral nerve and trigger-point targets.
No mains, no network, no cart: a 150 g scanner with about 90 minutes of continuous scanning per charge, USB or wireless top-up from a power bank, and its own Wi-Fi — superficial imaging, soft tissue, vessels, lung sliding and guided needles, in places that have never had any.
From a heartbeat inside an incubating egg to an equine superficial digital flexor tendon on the yard: high-definition linear detail covers exotic species and superficial tendon, soft-tissue and vascular work.
These are the Suresult linear scanners a buyer looking at the L10SH would realistically cross-shop — the same rectangular format, in a band that runs from 7.5 MHz up to 14 MHz. Type, frequency and depth in each row are that model's own published attributes; the last column carries the differences that actually decide the purchase.
The entry black-and-white linear in the same frequency band — 80 elements on 16 channels and no Doppler modes, so it shows structure but never flow; the step up to this page buys the colour and spectral Doppler suite and a far denser array.
The wide-footprint 256-element build, but on 32 channels and stopping at 60 mm — right when the work is broad superficial survey and the extra depth steps are never used.
Identical frequencies, identical depth steps and the same 64 channels with 192 elements instead of 256 — the cheaper way into this exact depth range when array density is not the deciding factor.

Moves the band up to 10/14 MHz on 192 elements and gives up the 100 mm setting — the buy when nerve, tendon and small-parts detail matters more than depth reach.

L10SH questions, answered
How deep does the L10SH scan, and at what frequency?
It is a linear array published at 7.5/10 MHz, with selectable depth settings of 20, 40, 60 and 100 mm and a 40 mm scan length. The 10 MHz setting is for superficial detail — tendons, thyroid, hand and forearm vessels — while 7.5 MHz is used toward the deeper end of that range. One hundred millimetres is the hard ceiling: anything below that plane is outside what this probe can display.
What can the L10SH not do?
It cannot reach the abdomen, the heart or an obstetric uterus. A rectangular linear field ending at 100 mm does not cover right-upper-quadrant, renal, cardiac or second-trimester views, and no gain or frequency setting changes that. Buyers who need those exams look at a convex or phased format instead — the C5SH-Pro for deep abdominal work, the PD1 for cardiac, or a triple-head such as the D3Pro or D3Ultra when one handle has to cover both superficial and deep rounds.
How does the L10SH differ from the L10H?
The two share the same 7.5/10 MHz band, the same 20/40/60/100 mm depth steps and the same 64 channels. The published difference is the array: 256 elements on the L10SH against 192 on the L10H. More elements across the face is what the price gap buys — buyers who are comfortable with the 192-element array can spend less and keep the identical depth range.
Is it usable for needle guidance?
That is one of the reasons to choose it. The puncture set published for this model includes in-plane and out-of-plane guides, a grid, image flip and needle enhancement, and Color and Pulsed-Wave Doppler are both on board to separate vein from artery before the needle goes in. The body is sealed and fully wireless, so nothing crosses the sterile drape, and it recharges over USB or on a wireless pad between cases.
What software and devices does it work with, and how are images saved?
The scanner runs on iOS, Android and Windows and connects over its own Wi-Fi link — 802.11n on 2.4 and 5 GHz dual band — so no cable or dongle sits between probe and screen. Images are held in local storage on the probe and exported as JPEG, PNG, MP4 or DICOM. Measurements are available in B-Mode, B+M and B+PW, with cine loops of 100 to 1000 frames.
How long does a battery charge last?
The built-in 2200 mAh lithium battery is rated for 1.5 hours of continuous scanning, which covers a clinic list or a pitch-side session before it needs power. Charging is by USB or wireless pad. The probe measures 156 x 60 x 20 mm and weighs 150 g, so it travels in a coat pocket rather than on a cart.
What warranty comes with it, and what documentation is available?
Warranty is 2 years as standard across the Suresult store. FDA, ISO, MDR/CE, TGA and ANVISA records are available for review on request, which is the usual step for buyers who have to satisfy a facility or an insurer before purchase. Shipping method, delivery window and after-sales handling are confirmed by Suresult at the time of order.
