★★★★★Ultrasound for IV Placement
Verified ClinicianModel: L20Featured Review
While our nurses are fantastic at IV sticks, some patients have more difficult to find or stick veins. This ultrasound tool is one that we hope will promote more comfort, ease, and enjoyment for our IV therapy!
We strive to stand out from the rest, and this tool is another reason we do!
@suresultmed Thank you for selling a product like this to help with our customers’ experience!
I use these kinds of pictures and videos for education. This is an interscalene block, with a follow-up scan 15 minutes after puncture.

Before making my purchase, I asked the supplier about the EU MDR documentation and Declaration of Conformity, and they responded very quickly. Shipping was also fast: the device arrived at my clinic within five days, and I did not need to handle customs clearance or import duties myself.
For this price point, the image quality is acceptable. I have attached several photos and videos for reference.

1) The first video is from a dialysis patient that was incidentally found to have significant pericardial effusion
2) The second case involved a patient with end-stage kidney disease who presented with acute dyspnea, orthopnea, and hypoxemia. Acute pulmonary edema was suspected clinically and subsequently confirmed by the presence of diffuse B-lines across all lung zones . Urgent hemodialysis relieved the symptoms

Model: D3Ultra
Patient with right sided flank pain and CVA tenderness with hx of kidney stones. U/S was used in right flank showing moderate hydronephrosis allowing prompt referral to urology for definitive management of suspected obstructive kidney stone which was later confirmed. Very helpful to have the portable ultrasound to diagnose cause of pain, recognize hydro, and allow for prompt appropriate referral.

Dear Team,
We bought the Suresult D3 Ultra wireless ultrasound machine and another wireless ultrasound machine about 1 year ago. We have now had the opportunity to use them and both of them have been very good. I wanted to also say thank you for shipping the ultrasound machines quickly and safely to us in the UK. Our experience witb Amanfa and your team was also very good. If we need to order again, we will come back to you.
The L24Pro is easy to move between treatment rooms. The image appears quickly, and the metal case is useful because we carry it around the clinic during the day.

The L24Pro lives in its metal case when we are not using it. That sounds minor, but for a small clinic with shared rooms it keeps the probe protected and easy to find.
Die Bildqualität ist besser als bei meinem GE Vscan. Die Software wird regelmäßig aktualisiert und ist kostenlos. Bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden.

The L24Pro suits our aesthetic work because it is quick to pick up and does not need much space. I mainly use it when I want a closer look before a facial procedure.

エレメント128 elements across all three formats. The D3プロ draws 192 on every format at the same 3-hour endurance.
頻度The linear format tops out at 10 MHz — for tendon, nerve and small-parts detail the L20 (16/20 MHz) and L24 (18/24 MHz) are the probes.
ScopeNo endocavity head, so transvaginal and trans-rectal exams are outside its range — that is the T8.

Every other way medicine looks inside the body needs a room — a tube, a gantry, a superconducting magnet. Ultrasound needs a probe and a screen. For twenty years, ultrasound has been how spaceflight looks inside the human body — and as humanity returns to the Moon, the instrument light enough to go is a handheld probe.
Suresult handheld probes have been selected by NASA and are undergoing testing in preparation for the Artemis lunar program. Documentation available for review on request.

D3L questions, answered
How deep does the D3L scan, and at what frequency?
Each format publishes its own figures. Convex runs 3.2/5.0 MHz across a 70° sector with depth steps of 90, 160, 220 and 305 mm. Phased runs the same 3.2/5.0 MHz across an 80° sector — the widest in this family — with the same depth ladder. Linear runs 7.5/10 MHz over a 40 mm footprint, stepping 20, 40, 60 and 80 mm. 305 mm is the deepest the D3L goes.
What makes the D3L different from the D3?
Endurance and field of view. The D3L carries a 4200 mAh battery that publishes 3 hours of continuous scanning against the D3’s 1.5 hours, and its sectors are wider — 70° convex and 80° phased against 50° and 50°. The D3 is lighter at 150 g against 237 g, and its linear format reaches 100 mm against 80 mm. Element and channel counts are identical: 128 and 32.
What can the D3L not do?
It has no endocavity head, so transvaginal and trans-rectal exams are outside its scope. Its linear format runs 7.5/10 MHz, so tendon, nerve and small-parts detail belong to the higher-frequency probes — the L20 at 16/20 MHz or the L24 at 18/24 MHz. And it draws 128 lines per format where the D3Pro draws 192.
Is there a subscription, or a fee for software updates?
No, to both. There is no subscription of any kind on the D3L — no annual fee, nothing to unlock, nothing to renew — and software updates are free for the life of the probe. $2,418 at checkout is the whole cost of the imaging.
How long can I scan on a charge, and how does it recharge?
The built-in 4200 mAh lithium battery publishes 3 hours of continuous scanning, the longest figure in this family. It recharges wirelessly: set it down on the charging pad between patients and it tops up without a port or a cable.
What do I need to run it, and does it need clinic Wi-Fi?
A phone, tablet or Windows laptop. Suresult publishes free apps for iOS, Android and Windows. The D3L creates its own Wi-Fi network (802.11n dual-band) and your device joins that directly, so no router, no clinic network and no cable is involved. Images export as JPEG, MP4, PNG or DICOM and store locally.

Cardiac-leaning dual head.Phased 2.2/3.6 MHz to 190 mm, on 64 channels
Where this scanner is the wrong tool. The D3L’s linear format runs 7.5/10 MHz over a 40 mm footprint, so it is not the probe for fine superficial detail — if your day is tendon, nerve and small-parts work, take the L20 instead (16/20 MHz, 10/20/30/40 mm) or the L24 (18/24 MHz, 10/15/20/25 mm). It also has no endocavity head, so transvaginal and trans-rectal exams are outside its scope.
The 30-day decision
Put the D3L to work in your clinic for 30 days
The D3L dispatches within 24 hours and arrives with customs and duties already covered. The 30-day worry-free trial starts when it does, so the decision that matters gets made with the scanner in your hand and your own patients on the screen rather than from a spec sheet. Two years of warranty are included and can be extended. If you are still weighing it against the other probes in the table above, that comparison is the honest version — the differences are element count, channel count, scanning time and format, not marketing. Ask before ordering rather than after.
