★★★★★Ultrasound for IV Placement
Verified ClinicianModel: L20Featured Review
While our nurses are fantastic at IV sticks, some patients have more difficult to find or stick veins. This ultrasound tool is one that we hope will promote more comfort, ease, and enjoyment for our IV therapy!
We strive to stand out from the rest, and this tool is another reason we do!
@suresultmed Thank you for selling a product like this to help with our customers’ experience!
I use these kinds of pictures and videos for education. This is an interscalene block, with a follow-up scan 15 minutes after puncture.

Before making my purchase, I asked the supplier about the EU MDR documentation and Declaration of Conformity, and they responded very quickly. Shipping was also fast: the device arrived at my clinic within five days, and I did not need to handle customs clearance or import duties myself.
For this price point, the image quality is acceptable. I have attached several photos and videos for reference.

1) The first video is from a dialysis patient that was incidentally found to have significant pericardial effusion
2) The second case involved a patient with end-stage kidney disease who presented with acute dyspnea, orthopnea, and hypoxemia. Acute pulmonary edema was suspected clinically and subsequently confirmed by the presence of diffuse B-lines across all lung zones . Urgent hemodialysis relieved the symptoms

Model: D3Ultra
Patient with right sided flank pain and CVA tenderness with hx of kidney stones. U/S was used in right flank showing moderate hydronephrosis allowing prompt referral to urology for definitive management of suspected obstructive kidney stone which was later confirmed. Very helpful to have the portable ultrasound to diagnose cause of pain, recognize hydro, and allow for prompt appropriate referral.

Dear Team,
We bought the Suresult D3 Ultra wireless ultrasound machine and another wireless ultrasound machine about 1 year ago. We have now had the opportunity to use them and both of them have been very good. I wanted to also say thank you for shipping the ultrasound machines quickly and safely to us in the UK. Our experience witb Amanfa and your team was also very good. If we need to order again, we will come back to you.
The L24Pro is easy to move between treatment rooms. The image appears quickly, and the metal case is useful because we carry it around the clinic during the day.

The L24Pro lives in its metal case when we are not using it. That sounds minor, but for a small clinic with shared rooms it keeps the probe protected and easy to find.
Die Bildqualität ist besser als bei meinem GE Vscan. Die Software wird regelmäßig aktualisiert und ist kostenlos. Bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden.

The L24Pro fits our consult workflow. It is fast to pick up before facial injectables, then back in the drawer. The feedback from patients has been that it looks professional.
The L24Pro suits our aesthetic work because it is quick to pick up and does not need much space. I mainly use it when I want a closer look before a facial procedure.

Trusted by NASA.Selected for testing in preparation for the Artemis lunar program.
Every other way medicine looks inside the body needs a room — a tube, a gantry, a superconducting magnet. Ultrasound needs a probe and a screen. For twenty years, ultrasound has been how spaceflight looks inside the human body — and as humanity returns to the Moon, the instrument light enough to go is a handheld probe.
Suresult handheld probes have been selected by NASA and are undergoing testing in preparation for the Artemis lunar program. Documentation available for review on request.
Emergency, internal-medicine and primary-care clinicians get a 60° convex that reads liver, kidneys, bladder and free fluid to 300 mm on a probe that fits a coat pocket.
Reach90–300 mm covers a slim abdomen at 90 mm and a deep right-upper-quadrant at the far end of the range.
Detail256 elements on 64 channels — the densest convex array in the range — resolve organ borders and small collections.
FlowColor and Power Doppler show perfusion; Pulsed-Wave Doppler measures it when a number is needed.
Clinic day150 g in the hand, 1.5 hours of continuous scanning per charge, USB or wireless top-up between lists.
Strong fit
Obstetrics and gynecology at the point of care
Dating, presentation, heartbeat and fluid checks on a curved 60° field — the exam that turns a question into a decision before the referral is written.
FieldA 60° convex window frames the gravid uterus and the fetal pole; depth to 300 mm for late trimesters.
HeartbeatM-Mode documents fetal heart rate; Color Doppler confirms placental and cord flow.
ワークフローFreeze, measure and export to JPEG, PNG, MP4 or DICOM from the free app.
Good fit
Urology, nephrology and the acute chest
Hydronephrosis, bladder volume, pleural effusion and the FAST windows sit inside the same 3.2/5.0 MHz band — one convex covers the ward round and the resus bay.
Kidney and bladderCollecting-system dilation and pre/post-void bladder views to 300 mm without a cart.
ChestEffusions and consolidation through the intercostal window; the sector reach makes the diaphragm easy to find.
Needle workIn-plane and out-of-plane guides with Needle Enhance keep paracentesis and nephrostomy targets on screen.
Which Suresult convex probe do you need?
These are the wireless convex probes a buyer cross-shopping the C5SH-Pro would look at, from the black-and-white entry unit to the tri-head scanners that add a convex face to linear and phased ones; type, frequency and depth in each row are that model's own published attributes. What decides the purchase — element count, channel count and whether you need other formats on the same handle — is in the last column.
The cheapest way into a convex image, but 80 elements, 16 channels and no Doppler — saving money here loses color flow, Pulsed-Wave and the puncture suite.
The 192-element tri-head — the answer when whole-body coverage matters more than a dedicated convex.
C5SH-Pro questions, answered
How deep does the C5SH-Pro scan, and at what frequency?
It is a convex probe running at 3.2/5.0 MHz with an adjustable depth of 90 to 300 mm through a 60° field. That reach covers a slim abdomen at the shallow end and a deep right-upper-quadrant, a late-trimester uterus or a pleural effusion behind the diaphragm at the far end.
What does the C5SH-Pro add over the C5SH?
The array: 256 elements against 192, on the same 64 channels, the same 3.2/5.0 MHz band and the same 90–300 mm reach. The extra money buys line density in the image, not more depth or a different exam list. If your work is abdomen, pelvis and obstetrics every day, the denser array is what you will notice; if convex is an occasional need, the C5SH covers the same exams.
What can the C5SH-Pro not do?
It has no linear or phased face, so superficial work — tendons, nerves, thyroid, vascular access — and a dedicated cardiac window are outside its brief; those need a linear array or a phased sector. Suresult's linear probes cover the first, and the D3 and D3Pro tri-heads add a phased face for the heart on one handle.
Which devices and apps does it work with?
It broadcasts its own dual-band Wi-Fi and connects to the free Suresult app on iOS, Android and Windows — no clinic network and no subscription. Images and cines export as JPEG, PNG, MP4 and DICOM.
How long does a charge last, and how heavy is it?
The 2200 mAh battery is rated for 1.5 hours of continuous scanning, recharged over USB or on the wireless pad; the probe weighs 150 g at 156 × 60 × 18 mm. For back-to-back clinic lists, charging between patients on the pad keeps it topped up.
What is included and what is covered?
The probe, wireless charging pad, USB cable, gel and the aluminium carry case, with a 2-year warranty included and optional extensions to 3 years ($195) or 5 years ($597). It ships worldwide within 24 hours with tax and duties paid, and the 30-day worry-free trial begins on delivery.
The 30-day decision
Put the C5SH-Pro on your abdominal list for 30 days
The C5SH-Pro dispatches within 24 hours and arrives with customs and duties already covered. The 30-day worry-free trial starts when it does, so the question that matters — whether 256 elements on a 3.2/5.0 MHz convex changes what you see in the abdomen and pelvis — gets answered on your own patients rather than from a spec sheet. Two years of warranty are included and can be extended to 3 years for $195 or 5 years for $597. If you are still weighing it against the C5SH or a tri-head, the table above is the honest version of that comparison. Ask before ordering rather than after.
