★★★★★Ultrasound for IV Placement
Verified ClinicianModel: L20Featured Review
While our nurses are fantastic at IV sticks, some patients have more difficult to find or stick veins. This ultrasound tool is one that we hope will promote more comfort, ease, and enjoyment for our IV therapy!
We strive to stand out from the rest, and this tool is another reason we do!
@suresultmed Thank you for selling a product like this to help with our customers’ experience!
I use these kinds of pictures and videos for education. This is an interscalene block, with a follow-up scan 15 minutes after puncture.

Before making my purchase, I asked the supplier about the EU MDR documentation and Declaration of Conformity, and they responded very quickly. Shipping was also fast: the device arrived at my clinic within five days, and I did not need to handle customs clearance or import duties myself.
For this price point, the image quality is acceptable. I have attached several photos and videos for reference.

1) The first video is from a dialysis patient that was incidentally found to have significant pericardial effusion
2) The second case involved a patient with end-stage kidney disease who presented with acute dyspnea, orthopnea, and hypoxemia. Acute pulmonary edema was suspected clinically and subsequently confirmed by the presence of diffuse B-lines across all lung zones . Urgent hemodialysis relieved the symptoms

Model: D3Ultra
Patient with right sided flank pain and CVA tenderness with hx of kidney stones. U/S was used in right flank showing moderate hydronephrosis allowing prompt referral to urology for definitive management of suspected obstructive kidney stone which was later confirmed. Very helpful to have the portable ultrasound to diagnose cause of pain, recognize hydro, and allow for prompt appropriate referral.

Dear Team,
We bought the Suresult D3 Ultra wireless ultrasound machine and another wireless ultrasound machine about 1 year ago. We have now had the opportunity to use them and both of them have been very good. I wanted to also say thank you for shipping the ultrasound machines quickly and safely to us in the UK. Our experience witb Amanfa and your team was also very good. If we need to order again, we will come back to you.
The L24Pro is easy to move between treatment rooms. The image appears quickly, and the metal case is useful because we carry it around the clinic during the day.

The L24Pro lives in its metal case when we are not using it. That sounds minor, but for a small clinic with shared rooms it keeps the probe protected and easy to find.
Die Bildqualität ist besser als bei meinem GE Vscan. Die Software wird regelmäßig aktualisiert und ist kostenlos. Bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden.

The L24Pro fits our consult workflow. It is fast to pick up before facial injectables, then back in the drawer. The feedback from patients has been that it looks professional.
The L24Pro suits our aesthetic work because it is quick to pick up and does not need much space. I mainly use it when I want a closer look before a facial procedure.

Every other way medicine looks inside the body needs a room — a tube, a gantry, a superconducting magnet. Ultrasound needs a probe and a screen. For twenty years, ultrasound has been how spaceflight looks inside the human body — and as humanity returns to the Moon, the instrument light enough to go is a handheld probe.
Suresult handheld probes have been selected by NASA and are undergoing testing in preparation for the Artemis lunar program. Documentation available for review on request.
First-pass image. The nearest second opinion is 384,400 km away — so the first image has to hold. Harmonic imaging, arrays of up to 256 elements.
Runs long, runs cool.Up to 5 hours of continuous scanning, holding its working temperature from the first minute to the last.
Whole-body, one kit.Convex, linear, phased, endocavity and bladder — five heads covering 2.5–24 MHz.
Zero infrastructure. Each probe broadcasts its own network — no routers on the Moon, none needed in a clinic.

Which Suresult probe do you need?
The E11 is the model Suresult specifies for ophthalmic and eye work. The probes below are the ones buyers weigh against it when the eye is only part of the list; every figure is what Suresult publishes for that model.

Micro-convex 8/11MHz
Micro-convex: 30-80mm
$1,900
Ophthalmic and eye work on a 13 mm radius head, with Color, Pulsed Wave and Power Doppler plus M-Mode. 128 elements, 32 channels, 103 g, 3 hours continuous scanning.
A micro-convex head reaching 160 mm plus a linear head for superficial work. Choose it when the list runs past the eye into general small-parts and deeper soft-tissue scanning.
The lower-cost curved option when B-Mode and Power Doppler are enough — it publishes B-Mode and Power Doppler only.
Where this probe is the wrong tool. The E11 is specified for ophthalmic use and its published depth stops at 80 mm, so it is not an abdominal, obstetric or cardiac probe — take the C5SH (convex 3.2/5.0 MHz, 90-300 mm) for full-depth abdominal work, or the ピーディーワン (phased 2.5/2.8/3.6 MHz, 90-190 mm) if the heart is the study.
E11 questions, answered
What is the E11 used for?
Suresult specifies it for ophthalmic and eye work. It is a micro-convex probe on a 13 mm radius head imaging at 8/11 MHz across a published 30-80 mm window, with 128 elements on 32 channels and B-Mode, B/M, Color Doppler, Pulsed Wave Doppler and Power Doppler.
What frequency and depth does the E11 publish?
8/11 MHz, with a scanning depth of 30-80 mm on an R13 micro-convex footprint. Grey scale is 256 level, gain runs 30-105 dB, dynamic range 40-110 dB and the frame rate is 24 f/s.
Does it do Color Doppler, or is it grayscale only?
It publishes the full set: B-Mode, B/M, Color Doppler, Pulsed Wave Doppler and Power Doppler. The two-mode models in the range are the C5B and the L7.5, which publish B-Mode and Power Doppler only.
Can I use the E11 for abdominal, obstetric or cardiac scanning?
No. The published window stops at 80 mm and the specified application is ophthalmic. For abdominal, obstetric or bladder work take the C5SH, which publishes 3.2/5.0 MHz reaching 300 mm; for cardiac work take the PD1, a phased array at 2.5/2.8/3.6 MHz reaching 190 mm.
How heavy is it and how long does it run?
103 g, measuring 135×61×21 mm — the lightest probe Suresult publishes. The built-in 2800 mAh lithium battery is rated for at least three hours of working time and five hours of standby, and it supports scanning while charging. A full charge takes about two hours over USB or wireless charging.
What does it work with? Do I need a router?
Free apps for iOS iPad and iPhone, Android and Windows, so the device you already own is the screen. The probe broadcasts its own 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi and your device joins it directly — no router, no clinic network and no cable to the display.
Is there a subscription or an annual software fee?
No subscription of any kind. The apps are free, software updates are free for the life of the probe, and DICOM export writes to local storage on your own device. What you pay at checkout is the whole software cost.
How does it ship, and who pays customs?
Suresult dispatches within 24 hours and ships worldwide with customs clearance, shipping and duties covered, so the price you see is the final price. The probe arrives in an aluminium case with a lock.
What if the E11 turns out to be the wrong probe?
Every order carries a 30-day worry-free trial, and the standard 2-year warranty can be extended to three years for $195 or five years for $597. If the eye is only part of your list, talk to a specialist before ordering — the C5SH, PD1 or D2LM may fit the rest of it better.
