★★★★★Ultrasound for IV Placement
Verified ClinicianModel: L20Featured Review
While our nurses are fantastic at IV sticks, some patients have more difficult to find or stick veins. This ultrasound tool is one that we hope will promote more comfort, ease, and enjoyment for our IV therapy!
We strive to stand out from the rest, and this tool is another reason we do!
@suresultmed Thank you for selling a product like this to help with our customers’ experience!
I use these kinds of pictures and videos for education. This is an interscalene block, with a follow-up scan 15 minutes after puncture.

Verified ClinicianModel: D3UltraFeatured Review
Before making my purchase, I asked the supplier about the EU MDR documentation and Declaration of Conformity, and they responded very quickly. Shipping was also fast: the device arrived at my clinic within five days, and I did not need to handle customs clearance or import duties myself.
For this price point, the image quality is acceptable. I have attached several photos and videos for reference.

1) The first video is from a dialysis patient that was incidentally found to have significant pericardial effusion
2) The second case involved a patient with end-stage kidney disease who presented with acute dyspnea, orthopnea, and hypoxemia. Acute pulmonary edema was suspected clinically and subsequently confirmed by the presence of diffuse B-lines across all lung zones . Urgent hemodialysis relieved the symptoms

Model: D3Ultra
Patient with right sided flank pain and CVA tenderness with hx of kidney stones. U/S was used in right flank showing moderate hydronephrosis allowing prompt referral to urology for definitive management of suspected obstructive kidney stone which was later confirmed. Very helpful to have the portable ultrasound to diagnose cause of pain, recognize hydro, and allow for prompt appropriate referral.

Dear Team,
We bought the Suresult D3 Ultra wireless ultrasound machine and another wireless ultrasound machine about 1 year ago. We have now had the opportunity to use them and both of them have been very good. I wanted to also say thank you for shipping the ultrasound machines quickly and safely to us in the UK. Our experience witb Amanfa and your team was also very good. If we need to order again, we will come back to you.
The L24Pro is easy to move between treatment rooms. The image appears quickly, and the metal case is useful because we carry it around the clinic during the day.

The L24Pro lives in its metal case when we are not using it. That sounds minor, but for a small clinic with shared rooms it keeps the probe protected and easy to find.
Die Bildqualität ist besser als bei meinem GE Vscan. Die Software wird regelmäßig aktualisiert und ist kostenlos. Bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden.

The L24Pro fits our consult workflow. It is fast to pick up before facial injectables, then back in the drawer. The feedback from patients has been that it looks professional.
The L24Pro suits our aesthetic work because it is quick to pick up and does not need much space. I mainly use it when I want a closer look before a facial procedure.

The L24Pro is best when I need a short facial check, not a long exam. It starts quickly, the image is clear for my use, and it does not interrupt the appointment.
Pain, MSK, orthopedic, rheumatology and sports clinicians get the one wireless linear in the Suresult range that treats needle work as its main job, not a feature.
Needle suiteIn-plane and out-of-plane guides, grid overlay, Needle Enhance and Visualized Needle Guidance keep the tip on screen from skin to target.
Reach20, 40, 60 and 100 mm are the selectable depth settings, and the image is at its best through roughly the first 50–60 mm — tendon sheaths, bursae, peripheral nerves and small-to-medium joints. Adult hip and deep gluteal targets belong on a convex probe.
Safety checkColor and Pulsed-Wave Doppler confirm what is vessel before the path is chosen.
Clinic day200 g in the coat pocket and 5 hours of continuous scanning per charge.
Strong fit
Blocks and lines in anesthesia and vascular access
For regional anesthesia and difficult-access teams, the L10H pairs a 192-element superficial image with real-time needle visualization on a probe that hosts its own Wi-Fi.
GuidanceVisualized Needle Guidance plus flip and grid options support in-plane and out-of-plane approaches alike.
Vessels7.5/10 MHz resolves wall, lumen and the nerves beside them; Pulsed-Wave Doppler confirms flow before puncture.
No infrastructureThe probe broadcasts its own dual-band Wi-Fi — it behaves the same in the OR, on the ward and on a home visit.
ドキュメンテーションOne-click freeze, on-screen measurement in B, B+M and B+PW, and export to DICOM, JPEG, PNG or MP4 — with no subscription.
Not the tool
Hearts, livers and late pregnancy live deeper than 100 mm
A 7.5/10 MHz linear face stops at 100 mm and images in a straight 40 mm window — the wrong physics for cardiac, abdominal and obstetric depth.
The limitDeep organs need lower frequencies and a fan-shaped field; no setting on a linear array changes that.
Go insteadSuresult's C5 wireless convex covers abdominal and obstetric depth, and the tri-head D3Pro adds phased cardiac views on one handle.
Pair themMany clinics run a convex or tri-head for organs and keep the L10H as the dedicated guidance linear.

Every other way medicine looks inside the body needs a room — a tube, a gantry, a superconducting magnet. Ultrasound needs a probe and a screen. For twenty years, ultrasound has been how spaceflight looks inside the human body — and as humanity returns to the Moon, the instrument light enough to go is a handheld probe.
Suresult handheld probes have been selected by NASA and are undergoing testing in preparation for the Artemis lunar program. Documentation available for review on request.
200 g in the jump bag, 5 hours of scanning, no signal needed — its own Wi-Fi carries pneumothorax and B-line checks, soft-tissue looks and peripheral access from the roadside to the door of the resus bay.
Small patients, quick answers: infant hip checks, graded-compression appendix looks in slim children and soft-tissue or joint questions, answered without the trip to radiology.
Pleural sliding, B-lines and subpleural consolidation read at the bedside — the high-frequency linear is the reference view for the pleural line, with M-Mode for the seashore sign.
From a heartbeat inside an incubating egg to a bowed tendon on a racehorse: a 10 MHz linear window covers avian embryos, small exotics and equine tendon and ligament work alike.
These are the wireless linear probes a buyer cross-shopping the L10H would look at, from the entry black-and-white unit up to the high-frequency superficial models; the type, frequency and depth in each row are that model's own published attributes. The differences that actually decide the purchase — element count, channel count and what the frequency band is built to see — are in the last column.
The cheapest way into a linear image, but 80 elements, 16 channels and no Doppler — saving money here loses color flow, Pulsed-Wave and the puncture suite.
Same frequency band with Color Doppler at 192 elements, but 32 channels and a 55 mm ceiling — right for superficial vessels and small parts, short for deep joint work.
