Two years included from delivery, serviced by the people who build the probes. Any issue in the first 30 days is answered with a replacement device; approved repairs are completed within 30 days, or six months are added to your warranty. After the warranty, labour stays free and you pay parts and shipping.

Every Suresult device ships with a two-year standard warranty from the date of delivery. Parts and repair are covered, with courier pickup in eligible areas; approved repairs are completed within 30 days, and a repair that runs longer adds six months to your warranty. Extended plans are available on the warranty page.
