Save raw B-mode and required Doppler evidence, close and reopen the exam, test a controlled reconnection, confirm required software fees, and score the exact quoted configuration. A failed critical workflow means the quoted route does not pass.

How we compared the scanners

We evaluated eight practical purchase routes using five criteria set before making recommendations: facial frequency/depth fit; required Doppler and archive functions; software cost; day-to-day deployment; and current purchase price or official quote status. The comparison table is an unordered route map.

We used official U.S. manufacturer pages and stores as the primary source for price, subscription, frequency, depth, and platform claims. The table uses official quote status where a public price is unavailable. We used vendor-hosted clinician accounts only for the workflow points they directly describe. Final selection is tied to the clinic-run acceptance test and exact written configuration.
